With the roots well placed in our land

The Aleph grape comes from old family vineyards on small plots around the winery, between 0.5 and 2 ha, in the heart of the small village of Serradiel, within the municipality of Casas-Ibáñez (Albacete). These soils have active limestone that makes it possible to create wines for aging, which sometimes take time to wait, but over time they unfold their enormous complexity in an elegant and harmonious whole.

The multiplicity of plots also corresponds to a diversity of vines that include autochthonous varietals such as Bobal, Garnacha, Graciano or Macabeo, and also foreign varieties such as Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot or Chardonnay. Each plot and each variety is worked and processed separately until its final assembly.

The oldest vineyards are over 100 years old, and long ago they were doomed to be uprooted due to their low yield if we had not insisted on squeezing their essence to create unique wines. We appreciate and pay special attention to these Bobal strains, intertwined with other royal ones, which have lived through the history of our town and offer a concentrated fruit that produces wines of great complexity and elegance. Its root structure has been woven for many decades to distill the essence of the soil and offer telluric and enigmatic wines.
