We are committed to managing the vineyards to obtain low yields that allow us to focus on each vine, each grape and each bottle. We pamper them throughout the year and, at harvest time, we carry out a rigorous selection of the bunches.

Only the best grapes end up being part of our wines. Those that stand out for their quality and for the way they reflect the essence of the land. An exceptional raw material with the least intercession possible, such as minimal or no sulphiting before, during and after fermentation, to preserve the microbiology and the original enzymatic world in each elaboration, thus extracting the best expression of each terroir and vintage.

All our vineyards are dry and lack irrigation, which makes them dependent on the weather and the vintage effect is very remarkable, giving wines with a very different character from one year to the next.

This is in addition to our traditional Mediterranean viticulture, reasonable and respectful of the land and the people who work it, such as driving in a glass or Royat cord, or that the soils are tilled after the harvest and during spring to oxygenate and allow deep water retention. We work the canopy without synthetic molecules. We do not intoxicate the flora or fauna, thus preserving the life cycles of each of the beings that inhabit our lands.

We seek that our wines transmit the symphony between the annual climatic events, the genetics of each plot and the soils that host them. “Laisser le terroir parler”. We do artisan work, with minimal intervention in the winery. Our goal is to bottle balance and personality, transmitting the soul of our vineyard in each sip. Our aim is to generate pleasure!
