Aleph Winery is located in the La Manchuela, between the provinces of Valencia and Albacete. It is a privileged area for the production of great wines by the combination of ground, altitude and climatology.
We developed a wine based on reasonable viticulture aimed at low yields which allow us to extract a juice that transmit the essence of the earth. We flee of labels such as “organic” and “biodynamic”. We are reasonable. We understand our vineyard like a living being that must be cared.
In Aleph Winery we have 2 hectares of our own land surrounding the winery in a French Chateau model. The grapes come from family vineyards, among which the most prominent is a vineyard owned by our family since 1930. The vineyard was replanted just over 15 years ago with the grape varieties Merlot and Petit Verdot. In addition, we control vineyards of Bobal and Macabeo variety, both over 35 years old and we have planted chardonnay, grenache, malbec and marselan among others.
